Our certified school nurses at EPCC provide and complete student assessments. Our school nurses first complete the vision and hearing screening for each child. We also include an in-depth medical history summary that will includes students’ recent diagnosis, medication regimen, oral assessment and any other pertinent medical history obtained by parent or guardian. If the student has a medical condition that warrants an Emergency Care Plan (i.e asthma, allergies, seizures or diabetes) the nurse will complete the care plan and update for every school year
