Occupational Therapy Services

Occupational Therapy services can be used to promote improvement in student performance. Virtual occupational therapy services are provided through interactive videoconferencing using a direct or consultative model to address areas of need such as fine motor and visual motor deficits, which can impact student success in handwriting, keyboarding, and other areas related to accessing academic curriculum.

Occupational Therapy Services can also be used in the home health setting to assist in home safety, home exercise programs, as well as patient and caregiver education. Our licensed OT providers develop and provide strategies to support self-regulation, sensory input, sensory regulation and reducing triggers and self-harm.
